MEISSNER with its product group RHE Händel Engineering supplied a new plant for the production of styrene acrylate emulsions to the customer Orgsintez ProLab in Russia.
The production plant based in Dzerhinsk was successfully commissioned at the beginning of 2018 and since then keeps working at full capacity and to the utmost satisfaction of the customer.
Our pilot plant for the development and check of formulations, especially for synthetic resins and polymer emulsions, has been comprehensively modernized and supplemented. After having moved the plant from the former RHE location Sankt Augustin to the central MEISSNER location for research and development in Immekeppel, the pilot plant could now be successfully commissioned.
During commissioning, together with one of the customers of the MEISSNER product group RHE Händel Engineering, customized new developments for the preparation of synthetic resins have been explored and checked in terms of their implementation in large-scale production plants.
Jiangsu Fuqiang New Material Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shandong Jinling Group Co., Ltd., commissioned MEISSNER with the supply of a chemical plant for the production of mononitrobenzene (MNB). Another important chemical manufacturer in China has thus been gained by MEISSNER.
The DNT plant with a capacity of 177,000 metric tons per year, installed in Laiyang (Shandong Province, China) at the leading Chinese TDI producer Yantai Juli Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., was successfully commissioned.
After successful commissioning of the first emulsion plant, Josef Meissner/RHE Haendel Engineering and PJSC Pigment now agreed upon the supply of a further emulsion plant. The plant shall be put into operation still within 2016.
MEISSNER company undertakes an extensive modernisation of their office buildings at the Cologne headquarters. During renovation, new office accommodations have been created in the garden-side section of the buildings in order to account for the increased number of employees. The integration of the entire RHE staff into MEISSNER’s new RHE product group thus also finds its spatial expression.
All over the world, the name of RHE stands for innovative technology and quality in the construction of synthetic resin plants for the chemical industry. The ROSEN + HÄNDEL company was founded in 1958 and turned into the independent RHE HÄNDEL GMBH & CO. KG, which in 2000 became a 100% subsidiary of MEISSNER.
At the same time when Dr. Mirko Händel was appointed as MEISSNER Managing Director in July 2015, RHE was integrated into MEISSNER company and today is a separate product group of MEISSNER.
The leading Chinese TDI producer JULI has placed the order for another DNT plant with MEISSNER. The scope of supply includes a waste water treatment, too.
The leading Chinese TDI manufacturer Yantai Juli Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. has placed the order for a Dinitrotoluene plant with MEISSNER.
The Dongying Huatai Chemical Group Co. Ltd. is a further customer in China employing the advanced and safe MEISSNER Mononitrobenzene (MNB) technology.
Sadara Chemical Company (SADARA) is a joint venture which was set up by The Dow Chemical Company and Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco).
SADARA will erect and operate one of the world-wide largest chemical complexes in Saudi Arabia.
BASF is building the world's largest TDI plant at Ludwigshafen/Germany. The new production facility will be the first plant to produce TDI with a capacity of 300,000 mt/year based upon 360,000 mt/year of DNT in a single train.
Jinan Shengyuan Fertilizer Co. Ltd., China, has ordered with MEISSNER an MNB plant with the capacity of 210,000 MTPY.
The presumably largest nitrobenzene plant in the world will soon be commissioned for MEISSNER's customer Ningbo Wanhua in China.
Functional testing with water has already been successfully completed, and the start of production in the respective plant complex is expected to take place by the end of 2010.
This is also true for the Chinese enterprise Jilin Connell Chemical Industry Co. Ltd. A first nitrobenzene plant had been commissioned in March 2009 after less than two years of project execution, and in May 2010 the customer contracted with MEISSNER to supply a second nitrobenzene plant.
