A Linters plant supplied by MEISSNER via the company Unionmatex Industrieanlagen GmbH to the end-customer Chemical Factory for Furan Compounds, Association Uzchimprom, in Fergana/Uzbekistan, has been successfully commissioned. The plant currently produces all globally marketable types of alpha-cellulose independently of the locally available raw material quality.

Based on the MEISSNER process, the plant with a capacity of 30,000 metric tons per year delivers the finished product in sheet or bale form.
